Game 107: Indians @ Red Sox -- August 3, 2010

We're down another man, but we still have games to play.

The Sox will look to Josh Beckett to erase the bad taste of John Lackey's awful start from last night.

W-L G GS CG SHO SV BS IP H R ER HR BB K ERA WHIP
2010 - Josh Beckett 2-1 10 10 0 0 0 0 58.1 67 44 41 6 23 50 6.33 1.54

The Indians have chosen David Huff to take the open spot in opposition. Huff is the guy we were supposed to cream last time, but only got to for three unearned runs thanks to errors. Yeah. Tell me if you've heard that one before?

2010 - David Huff 2-9 13 13 1 0 0 0 70.0 88 53 47 11 30 34 6.04 1.69

This series is one of those ones that both teams already wish they could've just skipped, as each are now without their best offensive players. Youkilis for us, Santana for them. At least we get to see more of Kalish, though he's been inexplicably moved down in the order. I guess you don't want to see those guys who get hits come up too often, huh Tito? Ditto Lowrie. Hello DMac batting second!
