With Clay Buchholz hitting the disabled list, the Red Sox have now officially listed Felix Doubront as the starter in Tuesday night's game against the Rays.
Doubront started the first Major League game of his career last month against the Dodgers. While the box score wasn't amazing, Doubront pitched well enough to leave an impression on those who saw him. His two minor league starts since facing the Dodgers weren't as dominant as usual, but certainly serviceable.
With the All-Star break approaching, a day off on Thursday, and Buchholz' trip to the disabled list mostly a precaution, chances are this will be Felix' only appearance before returning to Triple-A.
