WIN, DAMN IT ... again.

The Red Sox's offense exploded for 17 runs last night, but do they have anything left in the tank for tonight? Typically you'll see a big offensive night followed by a lackluster one. If that's the case tonight, the Sox will need a big night out of starter Jon Lester:
