Time to rebound from The Debacle.
Unfortunately, we can't just send Josh Beckett back out on the mound to solve all the problems. We do, however, have Brad Penny going out to take the hill and hopefully silence that magnificent offense we know as the Athletics.
The Sox will face Brett Anderson, another A's rookie. He has a 1.30 ERA and a .165 BAA in the month of July. He has allowed just four runs in four stars (all coming in his last start).
