Sox players can walk on the field tonight let go of a huge sigh of relief: "We can finally play baseball."

Jason Bay makes his debut as a Boston Red Sox tonight. He will be playing left field, batting fifth and will wear No. 44. Mike Lowell is batting clean-up, with David Ortiz in his usual spot.
