The Starter:
It certainly wasn't an on-day for Tim Wakefield who got knocked around a bit. Wakefield went seven innings, but gave up nine hits and five runs.
The 'Pen:
Brendan Donnelly relieved Wakefield and got smacked around at the beginning of the 8th inning. Donnelly surrendered two runs on three hits. Kyle Snyder looked impressive by striking out three of four batters.
The Lineup:
Kevin Youkilis was the strong point for the Sox, going 2-for-4 with two runs and an RBI. JD Drew also had an RBI, going 1-for-3.
The Field:
Perfecto!
Winner: Kevin Youkilis. The one bright spot in a bad game.
Winner: Tim Wakefield. He just wasn't on his game.
