According to ESPN, Schilling has agreed to a one-year deal "worth about $8 million in base salary and another $2 million in potential incentives".

Whichever way you slice it, that's a good deal for a pitcher of Curt's calibre and experience. It even looks like there might be a bit of a home-town discount here.
