With one more win the Sox sweep the Athletics. To do that, we'll rely on the surprisingly good Royals Reject, Kyle Snyder. The A's send out Dan Haren who's been bad as of late.
The Sox faced Haren on July 15th and knocked him up pretty good: 5.0 innings, nine hits, five runs, and he earned the loss. It was the only game the Sox won in that four game series.
Today is the rubber match. The season series sits at three apiece and a win will be huge for both teams.
