Today was supposed to be the Red Sox's off-day. Instead, we get to play the Chicago White Sox. How fun!
Curt Schilling (5-6, 6.96 ERA) is going to try to get his name out of the record books next to Jose Lima (highest ERA). He'll have to do it against a really good team in Chicago.
For Chicago it is rookie Brandon McCarthy (1-1, 6.19) who has struggled in his time in the majors. McCarthy's last game was great though, as he went 7.2 innings and not allowing a run.
Will the real Curt Schilling please stand up?
