News and Notes
The Pawtucket/Rochester game was an intense pitcher's duel up until the 10th inning. After 9 the score was knotted at 1 a piece. Pawtucket took a 3 run lead thanks to a 3 run double by Mark Bellhorn in the 10th and looked to have the game wrapped up, but Rochester scored 4 runs in the bottom of the inning with a grand slam off of Marc Deschenes to get the win.
Portland won both games of their double header.
Craig Hansen went 2 innings without allowing a run. He still hasn't allowed a run this year and in the small amount of work he's had, he's been very impressive.
