What do you guys think about Keith Foulke? Not his performance on the field. We all know that's pretty scary. I don't know about you, but I know I was squirming quite a bit in the 9th inning of last night's game. I mean about his personality. This year with his performance struggling, the media seems to be focusing more on his personal side. Or maybe because he's struggling, he's in a bit of a sour mood. Either way, if you listen to his interviews on WEEI it doesn't take you very long to realize that this guy is a total dick. He makes no secret that he's playing baseball exclusively for the money and for no other reason. He has said that he isn't even a fan of baseball. During the offseason he does his best to not even think about it. He just seems to have a major chip on his shoulder. A line that the guys from WEEI use a lot is that Keith Foulke is a guy who just doesn't get it. He doesn't get what it means to play in Boston. If he was putting up the numbers his personality wouldn't come into play. Last year when his performance was great, no one cared or even knew that this guy was such an ass. But for me, this year, it's getting hard to stomach the guy. Anyone else have any thoughts on him?

Anyways, today is the rubber game of the series and with Roy Halladay (11-4, 2.40) on the mound for the Blue Jays against Bronson Arroyo (6-4, 4.21) things look a little bleak for the Sox. Halladay has been lights out all year while Arroyo has been reminding us that he's a 4th starter. Can the Red Sox pull it off? Of course they can! This is baseball, anything can happen. Before the game starts, however, things are already tipped in favor of the Jays.
