After an ugly loss to the Blue Jays that tied up the series yesterday, Matt Clement is sent out to save the series against Ted Lilly. Hopefully Clement will have more success than his last outing, and I'm sure he couldn't get any worse than David Wells has been this year.
The only lineup note I know of so far is that Kevin Youkilis will start at third base for Bill Mueller.
