It's a sad day in Red Sox Nation.
Dick Radatz, the former Red Sox pitcher known as "The Monster", died yesterday after he fell down a flight of stairs and suffered a severe head injury. The paramedics were unable to revive Radatz due to the head trauma.
Radatz was 67 at the time of his death.
