If Chris Capuano takes the mound for the Brewers in 2010, it will not only be a story of recovery and perseverance but also an attempt to end his still-active streak of team losses in his last 22 major league appearances. His streak of team losses in 18 consecutive starts is a major league record going back to at least 1954. His 22 straight appearances in team losses is just over halfway to Wilbur Wood's fantastic record of 42 games over parts of three seasons.
