Now that the Red Sox have finally reached .500 on the season, they'll turn to Clay Buchholz in hopes that he can build some momentum off his last start and keep them above that line against the Texas Rangers.

|Clay Buchholz - RHP||Yu Darvish - RHP|
Buchholz did not exactly set the world on fire in his last start, but after the way he pitched throughout April, his 6.1 innings of one-run ball seem Cy Young worthy in comparison. It was the sort of start that can be built on, especially coming against the Athletics, who have been no slouches at the plate so far in 2014.
He'll have the full complement to give him offensive support tonight, with Xander Bogaerts back from his day off. Unfortunately, though, that unit will have to face none other than Yu Darvish. It seems cruel that this is what we get after waiting so long to finally reach that milestone, but beggars can't be choosers, I suppose.
First pitch is at 8:05 p.m. EST with broadcasts on NESN and WEEI.
