Just hours removed from a disappointing loss to the Rays in the day half of their Thursday doubleheader, the Red Sox will step up to the plate once more and hope for better results in game two.

It's honestly a little surprising to see Shane Victorino sticking around for game two, given how fresh off the disabled list he is. The Red Sox will welcome his presence, however, particularly since it keeps Jonny Gomes out of the lineup vs. the right-handed Chris Archer, and Grady Sizemore in left field where he probably belongs defensively these days.
Otherwise, the only switch is A.J. Pierzynski in for David Ross, and of course Felix Doubront on the mound. The southpaw is coming off one of the worst performances the rotation has seen on the relatively young season--something the Red Sox can hardly afford to see happen again after dropping the first half of the doubleheader.
First pitch is at 7:10 p.m. EST with broadcasts on NESN, WEEI, and the MLB Network.
