Interesting that Mike Lowell is in uniform today at Red Sox workout. Another new instructor?

This is interesting. So is Mike Lowell going to be a coach of some sort? Lowell definitely seems to me high up there on the list of "good guys" that the Sox have elected to keep in the fold, with Pedro, Wakefield & Varitek. If Ian Browne doesn't know what his role is it must not have been formally announced.
