Since training camp is opening up soon, and Michael Bourn and Kyle Lohse are still unsigned, I think the Red Sox should take a run at both of them. I would overpay for both of them on one year deals. It would definetly make the Sox better until some of our prospects are ready for next year, and we would give up a 2nd and 3rd rounder in this years draft. Next year Ben could give each a qualifying offer, along with Ellsbury, and we could wind up with four first round draft picks. Just saying it might be worth looking into. And on a onus note, our defense in the outfield would be sick.
