Marco Scutaro was released prior this season simply to clear cap space. I have to say that Scutaro was a stud last year playing with the Sox. By the end of the season he was getting big hits at the right times. He ended the season batting .299 with 7 HR and 54 RBIs. Scutaro was a solid defensive SS as well. The question is will Mike Aviles be able to meet up with his numbers and/or be the role player that Scutaro was?
