We've got a little more than a week to go before Jon Lester takes the mound in Detroit for Opening Day, and a little more than (probably) 10 minutes to go before he takes the mound in Dunedin against the Phillies.
It's been a bit of a rough going for Lester so far in March, but he's more than proven himself over the years, so it's not cause for alarm until he's doing it in the middle of April. Or the middle of May since that's how Lester works on occasion.
He'll have a decent shot at a good outing today, against a Phillies lineup depleted by injuries:
The game is on ESPN, so for those of you not at work (or not interested in doing work), you should be good to go.
