Sandy Rosario is reportedly back.

Although not a big deal, this is a very interesting one from the inside workings of baseball perspective. We claimed Sandy off waivers from Miami in mid-October and he was placed on our 40MR. When we had to protect a few guys from the Rule 5 Draft we DFA'd several guys from our 40MR to clear space. One of them was Sandy. We eventually made a deal with Oakland to trade Sandy for a PTBNL or cash, eventually getting starting pitcher Graham Godfrey for him. Oakland decided they needed the space on their 40 MR and guess what-they DFA'd Sandy and we claimed him. I expect that puts him back on our 40MR where there is likely to be no room for him so I expect that in a very short time we will see him DFA'd once again. Hopefully, when that happens he will clear waivers and we will be able to assign him to our minor league system, which is what we wanted to do in the first place. I guess we got Godfrey for nothing. Sounds good to me. I feel for Sandy.
