It's that time of week again. The time when Marc Normandin and Matt Kory discuss the Red Sox. This week's edition we talk Red Sox with Brian MacPherson who covers the team for the Providence Journal. We discuss Ryan Lavarnway's hot streak and what it means for Lavarnway and the Red Sox this year and beyond. Then we turn to the trade deadline and discuss what the Red Sox need and whether or not they'll be making any deals come July 31st. I like the podcast a lot, but you guys need to equalize the recording volume.

For instance, go to 16:30 and hear Matt (very quiet) commenting, then Mark (very loud) responding. That’s even more exaggerated when listening with earplugs dug in.

Marc yells a lot.

Actually, we have had issues in the past with volume, so I’m hip to the problem. Part of it is that Skype seems to be louder on alternate weeks in months ending in ‘y.’ I’ll remain vigilant on this front. Thanks for the feedback, everyone. Please, in all seriousness, don’t be shy. All compliments and criticisms are accepted.
