What a welcome sight this is. Carl Crawford will begin a rehab assignment with the Pawtucket Red Sox this weekend against the Durham Bulls.

If for some insane reason Crawford traveled down to Durham with the PawSox
There would be standing room only in the stadium.
Quantum Woodworking: Hand crafted pens, bottle stoppers, bowls and more.

I just noticed that and hoped no one in the comments had noticed yet. Drat.

I just assumed that it was a reference to the Pawtucket website's announcement.

Cool
I saw Pedey rehabbing last year during the ill-fated “Delgado Days”, maybe I’ll check out Crawford as well
Who's Carl Crawford?
Is this the guy we signed to be Reddick’s backup?

It will be interesting
to see how long Reddick can sustain his remarkably timely AB’s and when/if he comes back to earth, where will he land?
Ells had a sustained run in ‘07 and, while not repeating it in 2011, he has certainly figured it out, even as he continues to improve. Lowrie
followed a similar trajectory until he collided with CC. If Reddick stays hot, even very warm, I agree it’s time to give him majority of ABs in RF with JD mentoring, like Tek/Salty. DMac or another righty can spell CC, and be available if Reddick cools way down. The kids got a good glove, speed and great arm at low $$. If he is becoming a good bat we don’t want anyone to get in his way
