Bad move me thinks
And not even because of the injury risk. Because I guarantee that Adrian Gonzalez will be worse in RF than Wily Mo Pena or Youk ever were in LF. Add in that he has to back up Papi, who I have little faith in at 1B and it’s quite possible that defensively the two will give up more runs than their bats make up for tonight.

I think he will be better than Youk
and have nothing to back that up, just opinion. But yes, this is stupid and dumb and I hate it.

I feel that Youk is more mobile than him and he couldn't cover our left field. "luckily" it seems that the Phil's stadium is a little hitter friendly.

Pedroia says it all
“It will be good offensively, but damn, I’m going to have to play second, first and right. I’ve got small legs. That’s a lot of ground. I’m going to have to talk to Tito.”

It will all come down to luck
If a lot of balls are hit to right and misplayed by Ortiz/Gonzo, this could be a disaster. If there aren’t or they’re easy plays, this will work out wonderfully.
Just a total roll of the dice.
