So, I don't listen to WEEI. I live in Nova Scotia, not Boston. I get an email from them telling me about articles they have posted on their website. I got one today. There was a link to something they call the MLB Power Rankings, and they asked "How far have the Red Sox fallen?"

So I clicked to find out

They've fallen to #4. THEY HAVE FALLEN TO NUMBER FOUR...IN THE ENTIRE MLB.

My question to you, dear Over The Monster reader, is this:

Is this the stupidest thing ever put on the Internet? This team, as of this writing, has not one a single @#$%ing game. Not one game. Outscored, don't you know, 37-16.

We, in the here and now, suck like an airplane toilet. Now, come November when we look back, chances are we won't be saying, "Boy howdy, did we ever suck this year." But right now, we are playing really crappy baseball.

WE ARE NOT THE FOURTH MOST POWERFUL BASEBALL CLUB IN THE MAJORS.

We shouldn't be ranked any higher than 22.
