Actually, Lars is already kind of in “respectability”, now it’s a matter of getting back to where he was in Portland. His .980 OPS in July is really damn encouraging, though. That high ground ball rate is slowly starting to come back down. Strikeouts are a bit high, but he’s got his BB% back over ten too, so it’s not really alarming.
Ryan Kalish, meanwhile, wonders why Lars can’t just do it like he does it—awesomely.
