According the Baltimore Sun he was promoted from Low A Delmarva to High A Frederick, he’s always been an Oriole. He is however 23 years old playing A ball. At this point you’d like to see a good pitcher at his age at least in AA and not starting his stint in A+. Not even in their top 50 prospects.
