SAN FRANCISCO - JUNE 25: Dustin Pedroia #15 of the Boston Red Sox looks on as manager Terry Francona and a trainer examine his leg after being struck by a foul ball against the San Francisco Giants in the third inning during an MLB game at AT&T Park on June 25, 2010 in San Francisco, California. Amalie Benjamin is reporting that Dustin Pedroia has a non-displaced fracture in the mid-foot bone.  There is not any timetable for his recovery, but the Red Sox have brought up Angel Sanchez to take his place.

Let's hope this doesn't last long.  At least Beltre wasn't involved.
