Injury update- may not be so bad after all
According to Gordon Edes, Cameron's kidney stone has passed and he's hoping to be back in the lineup saturday. Sorry buddy, that doesn't sound like fun. For tonight, we get Bill Hall in center again (there go my dreams of Reddick). And Tek catching. I'm starting to hope for a postponed game after all...
In other positive news from Edes, Ellsbury will not be hitting the DL- at least not yet, they're still hoping he'll be able to recover quickly enough.
Superpower Pedroia will be batting third tonight, with Drew in front of him. Lets hope they bring the bats tonight.

Language is an amazing thing, how something as horribly painful as passing a kidney stone can be so quickly summarized as “has passed.” Get a good night’s sleep Mike, drink some Starbucks (or… not, after this setup), and come back strong.

im really dreading the inevitable
of having to pass one of those things some day. quite scared of that in fact.
why is it inevitable
The Red Sox offense isn't an issue,- until its an issue.

Really hoping for the game to be canceled
Hall vs a RHP should be scary more than playing the center field.
Westmoreland recently asked his son how he was feeling, and the response the father received didn't surprise him. "I'm going to be in Portland next year," Ryan said.
Not Reddick for now
He hasn’t hit too well so far this season in AAA. I am not giving up on him, I just don’t think he is ready for the majors yet.
So far he is batting 4 for 29, 1 XBH (a double), 1 BB, and 6 SO
No seriously check out his picture, you won’t be let down
God forbid they call up the guy with the 1.183 OPS!!
Free Darnell!! – I’ve heard he can actually field as well
Varitek and Hall at the bottom of the order against a righty
is like having holograms come up to bat. I hate injuries.
