According to Gordon Edes, Cameron's kidney stone has passed and he's hoping to be back in the lineup saturday. Sorry buddy, that doesn't sound like fun. For tonight, we get Bill Hall in center again (there go my dreams of Reddick). And Tek catching. I'm starting to hope for a postponed game after all...
In other positive news from Edes, Ellsbury will not be hitting the DL- at least not yet, they're still hoping he'll be able to recover quickly enough.
Superpower Pedroia will be batting third tonight, with Drew in front of him. Lets hope they bring the bats tonight.

Language is an amazing thing, how something as horribly painful as passing a kidney stone can be so quickly summarized as “has passed.” Get a good night’s sleep Mike, drink some Starbucks (or… not, after this setup), and come back strong.
