I got a kick out of that quote and felt I had to share it. Good thing he doesn't have to pitch to Pedroia on a regular basis or he'd really be pissed. Way to go, Paps. Stay classy.

he's a ridiculous person
though I can understand that for a closer for one of the loudest fanbases in baseball, pitching in a minor league complex during the spring is absolutely nothing like his job, just completely different environment.
Yea, the 10x increase in salary and lifetime health bennys are pretty sweet.
Strikeouts are boring- Besides that, they're fascist. Throw some ground balls - it's more democratic.
