Hot Can of Scram

I'm not the brightest bulb on the Christmas tree sometimes, I know, but I'll be damned if I can't figure out how to leave an SB Nation blog.

Oh, not this one.  You should be so lucky.  No, no.  I mean the hell that is Halo Heaven.  I mean, I don't ever visit it or anything...but it's just on my list of blogs and I don't want it to be.  I really only joined to beg them to take John Lackey back.  They didn't, and now I can't figure out how to leave.

Can ya help a brother out, or do I have to get them to ban me?  Like, should there not be a button or link somewhere??

I've tried this

Joined the Bengals blog to post my condolences when Chris Henry died a few months ago. I asked support how I can leave and they said that once you make a post on a blog you can’t leave it to maintain conversation continuity and that they are working on a solution to that so you can leave in the future. It just hasn’t happened yet. So for the foreseeable future you’ll have to keep with that blog.

Thanks, brother.

At least I know I’m not blind.

Galactus does as he pleases. Because Galactus is drunk.

I have a five-tool player in my pants.

ACTUALLY, advanced metrics show that that wasn't "premature".

No prob

I know how you feel, I must have stared at the page for about an hour looking for an unsubcribe button.

Sandy with the very reasonable solution.

the rev is an art critic for a living

he deserves any verbal insult thrown his way.

Moderator-so watch it.

Hence the reason why I advised Bloggy to make sure the Reverend is present when he goes on a tirade.

Sometimes when you “view your profile” – click on your name in the upper left, and then scroll down to where it shows what blogs you are in, it has a little link under the blogs name/picture that asks if you want to leave the blog. This is inconsistent, however, as it doesn’t show up for all of them, there is perhaps differing rules for each blog that allows/forbids unsubscribing…

Not an option for HaloHeaven, it seems.

Thanks, though!

it's just for ones you haven't commented on

once you’ve commented it gets replaced by the option to add it to your favorites

Keep it.

I think the last time I commented over there was to express my condolences when Nick Adenhart was killed. Point being, you never know when you’ll have the opportunity to comment over there again.
