Westmoreland to have Brain Surgery

Here is the story from Jon Heyman (not story, but tweet) I write for Pinstripe Alley and as a Yankees fan I just wanted to say that this is one of the times I really don't care about which team the player is on or anything I just want the guy to get better. Best of luck to him and as I said in my post at PA hopefully he gets traded to the Yankees for Kei Igawa....

Yeah, I know that isn't happening, but a guy can dream, can't he?

From reading around the net surgery shouldn't be too much of a trouble

Especially if performed by a highly skilled doctor, which it will be.

No idea on how long it will take him to recover though.

This sucks

20 years old!!! That just isnt right at all!! He’s lucky, only in the fact that he is a professional athlete, at least he knows he is going to get the best medical treatment. Lets just hope it works out and he can still live a normal life.
