Report out of Toronto: Scott Downs close to signing with Sox

PrintCouple Toronto news outlets reporting that Scott Downs is on his way to becoming a pen arm for the Sox. Just ironing the cash and years out. Will post more when I hear it. If reports are true, Sox will only be giving up their second round pick for Downs seeing as the Rays will get our first round for the Carl Crawford signing. But don't fear, we still get a pick once Adrian Beltre signs.

But after checking the most official news source ever, Twitter, I can’t see any confirmation of this via a reliable sports reporter. Beyond “Sportsnet Canada Says” I don’t see anything legit.
Though I did see a tweet that raised an interesting question, what should we call the Downs and Doubront duo in the bullpen if it were to happen? The obvious one is too dorky so try again.
