Red Sox sign catcher Gustavo Molina
The Red Sox have signed catcher Gustavo Molina to a minor league contract. Gustavo is in no way related to the other catching Molinas.

don't really think this means anything more than emergency backup
if Tek fails and Wagner gets hurt. Molina seems to have a pretty low ceiling of everything and doesn’t look majors ready
Yawn move
I’m guessing he would be 5th on the depth chart behind VMart, Tek, Wagner and Brown. I’d be shocked if he made it to Boston anytime during the season.
HAHAHAH
You call this a counter move to the bombshell that is the Yankees signing Randy Winn?? You had better sign at least a third string catcher to try and keep up now.
Strikeouts are boring- Besides that, they're fascist. Throw some ground balls - it's more democratic.

Your evil ways will lead you to ruin, foul Yankee fan!
Don’t taunt us! Don’t taunt us!
I guess minor league depth???
I don’t think he is a backup for Tek, that should definetly be Wagner or Brown. Those two are better then him.
I guess he is just a AAA backup????
Doesn't this make us WS favorities?
I mean all molinas named Molina have rings, right?

it's hard to remember that far back
2005 and 2006 they didn’t go to the world series, so I guess his curse must’ve started in 2005.
MOAR MOLINAZ
MOOOOOOOOOAR……..
