This is an appeal on behalf of SoxTherapy.

Tragedy is a word thrown about too often, so often it almost loses its meaning.......

A contestant getting fired by Donald Trump is not a Tragedy.

A U.S. Senate seat held for over 40 years by the Kennedy Family going Republican is not a Tragedy.

A famous Golfer having Sex with lots of Women is not a Tragedy.

Yet recently we have all witnessed one, it continues to unfold before our very eyes.

It has affected tens of thousands of lives and could potentially affect Hundreds of Thousands more in the months and possibly even years to come

Its all too easy for us to sit back, watch and do nothing, while those lives continue to suffer through fear and uncertainty.

But there is something you can do.....you can help.

Any donation no matter how small could mean so much.

To help put an end to the Red Sox not replacing quality free agents who have left the team with similar or better players......please send what you can to

You're an ass.

And you’re barking up the wrong tree. I can’t believe I wasted my @#$%ing time clicking on that link after this:

Tradedy is a worth thorwn about too often………………….

I’m an idiot for having done so. Not as much of an idiot as you are, though.

Cha Ya!

You know I think I have heard that from you before.

Give me a break ……. and don’t be so sensitive……if you think the Sox did a good job replacing their free agents…..if you think they are ready to win the world series….then great….. I think it is a frigging disaster.

The big free-agent signings are a dying breed in Boston

I think the Red Sox have a different long-term strategy right now: use short-term free agent signings to plug holes that exist right now, while still leaving space to promote top-level farm system talent when they’re ready. I happen to approve of that strategy—I’d much rather see a team that’s better poised to win long-term than go all-out to win the next World Series at the cost of being able to be ready for 2011, 2012, 2013, and beyond.

In addition, the Sox’s short-term strategy for 2010 is pretty obvious, too: defense, defense, and more defense. The reason the 2009 team didn’t get further forward wasn’t the lack of offense—it was the lack of defense and reliable pitching. They’ve attempted to correct those deficiencies with this year’s free-agent signings, and should be able to keep a lot more runs off the board without a huge loss in offensive production.

Is this team capable of winning the World Series? Yes. Will they win the World Series? Who the heck knows? That’s why they play the games.

(PS. Something else to think about: why exactly should upset fans complain to Tito about who’s on the roster?)

Something else to think about:

Maybe we’d “give you a break” if you did anything more than simply pimp your own website here.
