The Red Sox are off, so ... watch the Patriots!

PrintAfter a nice sweep of the Rays, the Red Sox have an off day today. But look who doesn't: the New England Patriots.
I know not every Red Sox fan is a Patriots fan, but I am and I know some of you are. So while the Sox are off, I suggest you watch the Pats' season opener at 7 p.m. and also make sure to check out SBNation's great Patriots blog:

From what I got to watch (damn MTV awards and AP Lang project)...
It looked like he wasn’t on the same page with the receivers – he would throw the ball, and then the receiver would break the opposite way.

I've definately lost what little respect I already had for Kanye West.
Although I thought Beyonce handled it very professionally.

Sad that he keeps blaming alcohol for his outbursts though...
And now’s there’s videos of him chugging w/ his girlfriend on the red carpet – perhaps he needs to look into that. Beyonce could hook him up actually; she supports the same drug rehab foundation that Jeter does.

I can't say I'm a true Patriot fan.....
I’m a die-hard Celtic, Redsox, Bruins fan, but the Patriots just never caught on to me. I don’t know why.
But back to the Redsox: Yahoo sports had an article bashing the hell out of Dice-K and his contract (plus posting fee). I hope he does well tomorrow, well enough to solidify this rotation. And I think the article is a little over the top…..
