Lars Anderson Projections/Comps

I'm in a 10-team Dynasty League, and have Anderson stashed away taking up space on my roster.  I love the guy, and think he's going to be great, but that may only be because I'm a Sawx fan.  I'd like to open up this post to projections for Lars Anderson, specifically the following:

ETA: (example 2011)

Average MLB Line:  (example .300/.400/.500 BA/OBP/SLG)

Best Year MLB Line: (example .330/.400/.600 BA/OBP/SLG)

MLB Comps:  (example John Olerud defensively, Youk offensively)

Other:  (example anything else interesting)

Yeah I see Mornaeu as a better comp. than Youk.

He's not going to be a great defensive player, but will be a better slugger than Youk.

And he’s about on pace with Morneau’s career.

ETA: July 2010
Average MLB Line: .280/.375/.440
Best Year MLB Line: .295/.400/.475
MLB Comps: Loney, Morneau, Olerud
Other: Youk and Loney both have much better power numbers in the Majors (vs the Minors). It’s possible Lars does the same thing, in which case I have undervalued his SLG numbers. Even Morneau’s SLG number went up a bit.

Youk had ridiculous OBP numbers in the Minors. Plus being RH he’s a tough comp. I feel like Morneau had/has better power numbers than Lars. Especially if you take Lancaster out of the mix. Loney seems like a closer comp power-wise, but Lars has better dicipline. In fact, he has better dicipline that Morneau as well. If only Olerud played in the minors we would have a better idea if he’s a comp, but Olerud rarely struck out and Lars K’s a lot. Long story long, I guess he’s somewhere between Loney and Moreau with much better dicipline (but lower contact rates as he K’s more than both).

Youk

Sorry – I wasn’t actually saying that my comp for Anderson is Youk – that was merely an example. I honestly don’t now who to compare him to!
