Fenway Park to Host 3rd Winter Classic

PrintAccording to a source familiar with the negotiations between Red Sox officials and the NHL said on Thursday. There had been some concerns that construction at the 97 year old stadium during the off-season may interfere with the game, but it seems all issues have been resolved.
The Bruins opponent has not been announced, but will likely be an Originial Six team, ideally the Montreal Canadiens.
All the details have not been finalized yet, but if I were a betting man, I am all-in on a January 1st match-up between the Canadiens and Bruins at "America's Most Beloved Ballpark".
