I am not sold on Ellsbury being the true lead off bat. He will still provide amazing defense in CF, but I think his on base % will eventually force him to be moved down in the lineup this year.

Steals are not stupid here bc:

they could have a significant impact on the Sox season. I think we should be predicting SB totals and success rate, not just SB totals (that is if we are actually trying to predict the effect these guys will have on the Sox win% and not just their fantasy stats). Jacoby helped the team around .5 wins last year just with his stolen bases. With a few more successful swipes he could increase that. This result is certainly important to our final win total.
