Minor Lines 4/20
I've been doing the equivilant of this over on another site for about a year, and since the other poster seems to've stopped since 4/13, I thought I'd throw out my version, which basically focuses on the better Red Sox Prospects and those who might see time with the team. I don't tend to focus so much on actual team results (RBIs, runs scored, and the like). Anyways, enjoy.
2 minor-league rainouts today, so no Lars, Reddick, Kalish, etc.
Pawtucket W 2-0
Jeff Bailey: 1-3, BB, K
-Shipping up to Boston
Dusty Brown: 1-3, BB, K
Michael Bowden: 5.1 IP, 3 H, 0 R, 0 ER, 1 BB, 7 K
-6 Ks swinging, including all 3 batters in the 3rd inning. Seemed to lose some velocity late-game, leading to lots of foul balls and keeping him from going further in the game. Maybe as the result of cold weather more than actual fatigue.
Daniel Bard: 1 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 0 ER, 1 BB, 2 K
-Right back on the horse after giving up his first run in a long while.
Greenville W 2-0
David Mailman: 1-4, K
Oscar Tejeda: 3-4, 2B, 3B
Michael Almanzar: 0-4
Pete Hissey: 0-4, 3 K
Stolmy Pimentel: 5 IP, 5 H, 0 R, 0 ER, 0 BB, 5 K
-Also right back on the horse.

thanks for this
I stopped because I realized that I didn’t have the time for the minor lines here. I hope you have the time, nice job.
Bowden
Nice line, even if he only lasted 5+. I seem to recall him being rather craptacular in ST.
Manny ain't the only bad man.
You're not wrong.
9 runs in under 11 innings.
Much better back with the Paw Sox, though. His 2 other games so far:
4.2 IP, 2 H, 0 R, 0 ER, 2 BB, 5 K
4.0 IP, 5 H, 1 R, 1 ER, 2 BB, 3 K
For those counting, that’s good for a .64 ERA, 1 WHIP, 9 K/9
I wouldn’t worry about the lack of innings. Mostly just early stretching and cold weather. He threw 92 pitches in the last outing, so he’d probably make it through 6 in a major league outing. Besides which, he’s never had stamina problems.
