Well, Pedro’s agent called Theo and Theo said that the rotation was full. However, if Penny gets to a slow start and Buchholz starts in the minors, they may want to sign Pedro as an insurance policy. Boy would everyone LOVE that!

No thanks
I want to remember Pedro as the dominant power-pitcher that he was, with a 15 mph difference between his fastball and change. I wish Pedro the best of luck as a smart, more finesse-style pitcher elsewhere.

If he's smart
He’ll wait until May or June to play. Warmer weather shorter season. I would love to see him one more time here, but there isn’t a scenario that would be good for that happening (others would have to not perform).
No thanks
Too many good memories, I’d like to avoid ruining it. Pedro should just retire.
