Over The Monster just got even better
You probably have noticed all these fandangles photos, right? Good. That was the point. SBN and the AP have a deal worked out where we can display all the pretty little photos we want for you, the readers.
We also have some other sweet, big changes:
- Player pages - they're cool, new and hip. They have a lot more information so now OTM can be your one-stop for the info that you need.
- Team page - much sexier and informative.
- Schedule - cleaner, neater and all-around super fly.
Check it out. It's all good stuff. Questions? Let me know in the comments.

Do you have access to any AP photo?
Like you can just search through all of them from all over the world? Because that would be awesome and would probably take up all my time forever.
Related note: There is an AP photo of me from May of 2007 working on a mast on a schooner. The Globe picked it up and there was a random big picture of me on the weather page.
Nope. Just sports and for only a limited period of time.

Seems pretty cool...
Its April people, my countdown has begun!
Just curious anyone get really cool tickets this year? Last Summer I got tickets to Manny’s 500th HR in Baltimore. I was there! I know that doesn’t mean as much now after all the drama, but it was excilerating at the time.
Friendship is like peeing on yourself: everyone can see it, but only you get the warm feeling that it brings.
I am a ski instructor in Jackson Hole Wyoming, and I had a client who has season tickets; and he doesn’t even live in Boston. He lives in NY. He said I could have any seat I want all year. So If/when I am back east I’ll be going to some games.
My uncle knows a guy who knows a guy...
Who has box seats.
Well, I'll appreciate for you to keep my zingers outta your mouth!
I love the scouting report on the players page, it’s get to have a little snippet of a player’s potential/skills/flaws so when unknowns pop up in trade talks (like when Montero’s name first got brought up, I wasn’t aware of his ability/potential), that way I won’t have to go digging and researching every time an unknown name pops up.
I use to have to use some canadian website for that that was decent at best (http://www.sportsnet.ca/baseball). Like when we are playing some team, and there is an unfamiliar face in their line-up, I don’t want to have to research their history, just a quick snippet is all I want
This is a beautiful thing. Nicely done.
