Ramirez rejects Dodgers offer
Yankees don't want him. Few others teams appear to be making an offer.

to think, supposedly this was all over manny not wanting 2 20 million dollar options. I bet those options are starting to not look so bad now that no team wants to sign him for more than 1 year.
I still think the Yankees or the Mets will sign Manny.
I realize the Yankees have to move Hideki or Damon, which won’t be easy to get Manny, but Manny the Terrible is still one of the feared batters in baseball. If the Yankees are having a bad year, (mainly if their pitching falls apart, mainly their middle relief) I can see them picking up Manny for a 2007 Clemens like deal.
If Manny was interested in the money, the team that would had given him the best deal by far would had been the Sox, if he actually behave semi decently in 2008.
I think Cashman said they are out on Manny,
just not in the budget for them. I think the Angels make a lot of sense but I hope he stays in NL. The Sox would have had him for 2 more years at $40 mil. He already turned down 2 years $45 mil from LA. So at this point, I see him signing for something similar to the Dodgers offer.
