While your LH/RH argument makes sense, it just means that Lowell and Bay will be back to back right after that. If you’re 2-7 hitters include Pedroia, Youk, Papi, Bay, Drew, and Lowell, you have to put two RHHs next to eachother somewhere, which isn’t the end of the world.
I voted Bay
because in no way should someone that hits 30 HR 3 out of the past 4 years and has a career OBP of .375 hit in the 6 spot.
