A New Look To OTM

Hey folks,

As you already have noticed, OTM and the rest of SB Nation has a new look. It's not a major overhaul, but just some tweaking done by the tech team. Feel free to leave notes in the comments on what you love and/or hate. Any feedback we can get is great.

The absolute worst part is the article titles.

They just look cheap and bad. Otherwise, I don’t mind the “sharpness” of things too much, but other than that (and the lack of team-specific coloring…things are way too white/gray) it’s not too bad.

But please, please God…The titles need to be changed. Centered. Different font.

We have a discussion going on about the titles. It’s shown to be one of the main things people do not like about the redesign.

It looks like the font isn't accepted by my broswer or something.

Also clashes like crazy with the Filter header.

I'm not a graphic designer,

so I don’t know exactly what I don’t like about this. But I just don’t like it. I guess it just looks cheaper. But the Bank of America add on top is bigger, which is awesome.

I don't think the article titles are the worst problem

The colors seem very drab, everything seems cluttered and disorganized (especially the features along the sides), and even with all the clutter, there’s a lot of wasted space (again, especially along the sides). I don’t know if it’s just my resolution, but I have a gray bar running along either side of the actual blog. The wide view should expand the page to fit the browser window.

Not that I don’t like it. I think it would actually be fine if nothing changed, but if the tech team is looking for suggestions, that’s what I have.
