Over the Monster Top 20 Prospects Voting #3: Westmoreland the clear #2
This one was never in question. While Casey Kelly won a squeaker over Westmoreland, Manifest Destiny did not pay the favor forward, running away with over 50% of the vote. These two seem to be the consensus top-2 for the Sox--though unlike with Lars and Bowden, they seem to be nearly interchangeable depending on who you ask.
This makes this next vote much more interesting, as the field gets a little more open. See the first post for information on the various candidates, and vote away!

For #2 or #3?
If you guys voted Kalish for #2 then Triple Fail!

I hope he can regain the incredible Power Stroke, Lars Anderson is still my man.
I have hope for this kid and I hope that his numbers weren’t just Lancaster inflated….. so without further delay, Lars Anderson for #3. To let you know, I had trouble between him, Reddick, and Tazawa.

I went Iglesias
just because I think he’s the one with a lot of upside who has a tool that is MLB-ready (glove!). Kalish was my other thought, but Iglesias won in my mind because the Red Sox have made me desperate for a shortstop. Not sure if that’s good reasoning…

Rizzo's a Top 6/7 player for me
Hard to pick him to go higher until he fully recovers and shows off his true power!! (if he has any)

Don't disagree
But I saw Kalish recover from a wrist injury and really show his power potential this year. I’m confident Rizzo will do that NEXT year, but THIS year was Kalish.
Which is why I voted for him

Lars Anderson
because he’s still wicked young and has lots of potential for recovery.

Just to play devil's advocate
Reddick is the same age and has shown more at higher levels. Kalish is a year younger and has shown more at the same level. Both also play a harder position.
I agree though, I think he will bounce back well.
