Bloody Sox Laundry, 10/7 - NERDZ RULE
Baseball is basically numbers feigning athletic contests. Let's see what people can spot in this charade:
Umpire Billy Evans - John Henry - NESN.com
That's some nice research their, Mr. Owner. Interesting breakdown of seeding in the playoffs and how it affects chances to win the WS.
A Look at the Numbers From the Red Sox' Season - NESN.com
Going to be a lot of these. Waiting for a sabermetric flavor.
Terry Francona and Mike Scioscia Two of the Best, But Who's Better? - NESN.com
A pretty popular topic around these parts - not going to be a lot of disagreement among us, but does the Mainstream Media agree?
Is Daisuke tipping? - Sons of Sam Horn
Hmm... Excellent work.
Prince Albert and a Grande Exit - Heard It From Hoard
Decade Triple Crown; bit of a stretch, but still impressive.
Yankees (9/5 Odds) Favorite to Win World Series - Full Count
I'll leave it up to you to decide whether it's ethical or not.
I can't stop drooling.
Which means it's time for me to get off the computer - Twins/MFY game today, so Randy should have a thread up for that. In the meantime, comments, links, movie discussions are all welcome in this humble thread.

The JH piece was
hilarious. I think it’s wonderful the Sox have an owner who has time to dabble in such things, like a true obsessed fan. It’s much better than spending his time meddling with the team.
