Brad Mills hired by Astros
Well that sucks. I was planning on him being our next manager. Thieving astros. so maybe Jonnynyc's plan below might be very relevant now. But seriously, our managerial guys are dropping like flies. luckily theo and tito aren't going anywhere. Maybe i should say more stuff to fill up the 75 words minimum. Whatever, the bench coach is pretty useless anyway. Nah I don't really think that. But they've probably got a bunch of good candidates already. discuss

Imitiation is the highest form of Flattery
In case anyone forgets during painful off seasons like this one where the Sox are out and the Yanks are in, as much as Hoyer and Mills leaving this week it is a sign of respect for the Sox organization and more proof this decade of excellence for the Sox is likely to continue long term.
Sound decisions have been made throughout the front office, player and manager personnel.
Granted Mills was Tito’s guy in Philly also, the Sox didn’t have much to do with that. Still never a bad thing to see guys plucked from the tree.
Especially when I think Tito has 3-4 yrs left with the Sox, pending performance of course.
