from a rugby country….well, gridiron sucks really. It takes 4 hours to watch about 20 total minutes of action, its pretty boring unless you are accustomed to it I suppose.

I’ll stick to rugby, 80 minutes, 10 halftime, its all over with in about 100 minutes with the stoppages. Besides its fun for Australia to play countries like NZ, South Africa and England. Its always good to beat on another country.

Unless you catch a bit of it on ESPN or something. Mate we got our own stuff going on. The olympics start soon and that’s getting quite a bit of sports coverage. We do pretty well for our size so its a big deal.

That’s what makes the world go around. Differences of opinion. Look Australia is the least religious country in the western world with about 30% confirmed atheists. People are really relaxed here about most things, so we figure is something isn’t working, try something else..simple as that.

That ISO above .200 is always good to see. On a natural progression since he’s only 20, but 25-26 he should translate to Youk/Lowell type power minimum with a .500 SLG in the majors….that works for me.

I read Johnny Rotten’s earlier comments about another player leaving Boston & Andrews had some silliness about how well Damon knows Bowa & Manny & how Bowa wont take anyone who wont hustle—blah,blah, blah..he just always has something to say for a man with such a limited vocabulary. I know the Sox have Bay now but I think an outfield of Drew, Crisp & Els is one of the best (defensively) in MLB

i been a rockie fan as long as they’ve been a franchise but my 2nd team has always been the sox even after last year’s world series….i live in new jersey and i HATE HATE HATE the yankees….and i’ve been rooting for anyone(esp. the sox) to knock them out every year haha…go soxx
