Lester is so amazing.
It’s wonderful to watch him pound the strike zone with all of his pitches. He’s really come a long way from the days of loading the bases every two innings (it seemed) and completely losing command for innings at a time. I used to hate watching him pitch – now seeing a Lester start is a thing of beauty. /Gushing

Not every night needs to have tension-filled mayhem when the starter leaves the mound. I’ll take that a few times a week, but every night… come on. The pen shouldn’t have even been involved in this game, or at least shouldn’t have been until the 9th. Now we’re gonna end up using 4 pitchers when 1 or 2 would have sufficed.
